Redi4 is a commercial emergency management platform that helps organizations prepare for, respond to and recover from emergencies through centralized planning, documentation and operational coordination.

The platform is intended for use by authorized organizations and their personnel.

4. Organizational Data

Emergency plans, responder documents, policies, building information, ICS forms, event plans and other operational data entered into Redi4 remain the property of the respective customer organization.

We access customer data only when necessary to provide technical support, maintain system security or perform services requested by the customer.

Access to Redi4 requires valid user credentials issued by your organization. We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Information is stored using secure cloud infrastructure and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations and enforce contractual commitments. Data that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
